Delivery Information

I. Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of the Goods shall take place at the address specified by the Buyer on, or as close as possible to the date required by the Buyer. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Any damages, shortages, over deliveries and duplicated orders must be reported to the Seller within 48 hours of signed receipt to enable replacement or refund.

Please allow up to 10-14 Working days delivery.

All made to order items, We will confirm all sizes/colours/finishes in written email (order confirmation) with you before before going ahead with production of your order.

Shipping for items under £250 within England is £6.99 at checkout

We free door delivery all over England on items above £250 

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, & postcodes in remote areas will incur additional surcharge. (This will be displayed at checkout)

Please note some of our items are special order and have a longer than usual lead time. Please send us an email or call to check the lead time. Once you have placed your order and there is a longer than usual lead time we will notify you via email.

 Please note the size and weight of the item may effect the delivery lead time.

II. Rights of Cancellation

If the Seller cancels an order the Buyer will reimburse to you the Seller all payments received, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if the Seller selects a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the Seller). The Seller may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by the Buyer.

The Seller will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than;

    a) 14 days after the day we receive back from the Buyer any goods supplied,

    b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day the Seller provides evidence that they have returned the goods,

    c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which the Seller was informed about the Buyers decision to cancel.

The Seller will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the Buyer used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

III. Returns

It is the Buyers responsibility to ensure that all goods returned are properly packed and returned in good condition. Damaged goods cannot be accepted for credit. 

Please Note, This excludes any items which have been taken out of their original sealed packaging, and also items which have been specially made to order (i.e. Not taken from stock) cannot be returned either.

In the unlikely event of an item been returned due to damage via our couriers, The claims form must be competed for the courier before a replacement can be dispatched.

If the Buyer returns the goods and upon examination the Seller finds that there is a discrepancy in the reason stated why you returned the goods then the Seller reserves the right to refuse credit.
